Brand focus: dí palomo

I recieved a lovely gift bag* a few weeks ago now from dí palomo so I thought I’d let you in on what the brand is about and how nice their products are! I recieved a white grape moisturising bath and shower cream*, an orange blossom hand and nail cream*, 3 tuscan rose cleansing bars*, an orange blossom lip balm* and a wild fig and grape eau de parfum*. First things first everything smells amazingggggg. This brands tag line if you will is ‘made in England… inspired by Italy’ and I can see why with the scents they have chosen. Created by three friends in the Devon country side over a bottle of wine and reminising about memories of Italy, it’s a brand that delivers indulgent dreamy bath, body and fragrance products.

The packaging is so cute with the paper leaves to match the product. The packaging is clean, crisp and just looks pretty. Everything comes in it’s own box, the way the perfume is displayed would make someone such a lovely present. Even with the lip balm great care has been taken with the packaging with it’s own ickle box and tissue paper, even the lip balm would make a great present!

I’ll start with the white grape moisturising bath and shower cream* smells SO GOOD. As the name would suggest it is moisturising and I like that it’s multi use so it doesn’t matter whether I’m having a shower or a bath. At £10 this isn’t cheap but it definitely rivals the likes of champneys and sanctuary that are within the same price range.

The orange blossom hand and nail cream* makes my hands super soft. It smells great and is a nice, more luxurious hand and nail cream with lovely natural ingredients including grape seed oil, olive oil, orange blossom extract and honey extract. This is £8.

The 3 tuscan rose cleansing bars* are a real treat. They are super soft and literally melt in your hands. They contain some lovely natural ingredients including shea butter, olive oil and goats milk so are super moisturising as well as cleansing. At £9 and coming in a presentation box they’d make a lovely present.

Next up is the orange blossom lip balm*. At £4 this lip balm is seriously good. It’s super moisturising and creates a great base for lipsticks. It packs a punch with a great list of ingredients including beeswax, shea butter, olive oil, vitamin e, honey and orange flower extract.

Finally the lovely people from dí palomo sent me the wild fig & grape eau de parfum*. This smells SO GOOD, like everything from dí palomo smells good but this oh my! dí palomo describe it as a rich, modern fragrance with top notes of grape and gardenia. Middle notes of ripe fig, orange blossom and mimosa rest on a sensual base of sandalwood, amber and vanilla. Sounds rather lovely doesn’t it! This fragrance has impressive wear time and smells heavenly. At £25 for a fragrance as unique as this, it’s a steal! The bottle is super pretty and it would again make such a lovely present!

The dí palomo products are avaliable from feel unnique, John Lewis, Blue diamond garden centers and the Shepperton and Bagshot Longacres. With christmas, yes I said the C word, not that far off the horizon this is a brand not to be over looked. – Amy x

These products marked with a * were very kindly sent to be by dí palomo but that in no way alters my opinion, as always it is 100% honest.
